The Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts is hosting the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce’s annual mixer on July 12th. We expect about 150 people and are looking for 2-3 different food vendors as well as a sponsor for the bar that evening.

Food Vendors would be expected to provide:
    • 100-150 servings of finger foods (or easy to consume tastes/bites) each
    • Staff to serve
    • Any chaffing dishes, napkins, cutlery and any cups/plates needed to serve
Alcohol/Bar Host/Sponsor would be expected to:
    • Our onsite café The Bean Scene can provide and serve all beverages. Bar Sponsor would commit to covering the cost of a single drink ticket redeemed for each attendee for a beverage of their choice. Depending on guest attendance and wine/beer/soda choice, this had been estimated at a MAXIMUM of $900.
The Center would/could provide Food and Beverage Sponsors:
    • Assistance in set up
    • A table or two as needed and linens if needed
    • Signage throughout the event as well as verbal acknowledgement at the event
    • Menus/collateral at our table (an in any swag bags distributed at the event)
    • Additional long-term/ongoing promotion through our website, lobby display board, digital monitors in the lobby, social media and booking process  (listing and recommending participating businesses as a preferred caterer for clients booking the center for meetings and private events) could also easily be arranged in exchange for your contribution.
The Center plays an integral part in the Mountain View Business sector, attracting  audiences to 400+ events each year at our 600 seat MainStage, 200 Seat SecondStage, 300 Seat ParkStage, rehearsal studio and lobby spaces. These same Center attendees patronize stores and restaurants in the city (before and after events), contributing significantly to the City’s overall economic success. The Center is always looking for ways to partner with even more of our community businesses in a variety of creative ways for mutual benefit.
Let me know if this is something that you are at all interested in and if not, if there are perhaps other ways you’d like to collaborate with the center.

    Thank you!
