We are looking for a strong, bold, creative design that captures the festive, vibrant, lively, diverse nature of the festival. The design is critical, as it is a big part of establishing the festival’s identity, tone and feel!

Designers are asked to provide the following:

Submit your design concepts on or before Friday, April 19, 2024

 The Chamber will notify the winner by May 7th, 2024.

Tagline: A festival like no other 

The design will adorn thousands of t-shirts, stickers, glassware and more! It's an amazing opportunity to showcase your design, get your name in the press, and sell other artwork of yours if you wish. Please also include the color of the t-shirt you think the design will work best on. 

Winner will receive $500 Cash Reward plus recognition on all the items!

Artists

We are looking for unique and handmade arts and crafts made by the persons who exhibit at our shows.  If you would like to participate in the event as an ARTIST, CRAFTS MAKER or GOURMET FOOD vendor (packaged foods, NOT Street Food), please contact California Artists at 650-348-7699.

The Community Stage returns with a dazzling array performances!

Community Stage performances run from 12pm-6pm on Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sunday.  Only accepted applicants will be allowed to perform and time may be limited.

Applicants will be notified if you have been accepted or not by mid June 2024.

Free table space is available to non-profit groups and organizations who would like to promote their cause, display literature and communicate with over 150,000 festival goers over the two-day period. An application must be submitted and accepted in advance to participate.

We have special early-bird discounts available to those food vendors who get their application in by March 4th. Payment does not need to be received by that date, only the application.

Confirmation of participation will be emailed to applicants no later than Mid-May. Payment will be due to the Chamber upon receiving confirmation of participation.
