SMALL LANDLORD RELIEF PROGRAM

The Mountain View Small Landlord Relief Program is still accepting applications. The program allows landlords financially impacted by COVID-19 to apply for a loan if they experience a reduction in rental income received due to the pandemic. Eligible landlords may receive up to $5,000 per month in total (up to $1,000 per affected unit) on a month to month basis (up to two months pending funding availability) at zero percent interest to cover costs associated with their rental property, including mortgage payments, insurance premiums, and property tax. Landlords interested in applying for the Small Landlord Relief Program should visit Main Street Launch and complete the inquiry form.
