  • Tony Siress  |  President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

    Tony is one of the newest members of the Chamber; joining the team in November 2015. Tony is a lifelong Mountain View guy, with a business, marketing and technology background that includes founding start-ups, and building global teams with multi-million dollar budgets. Having started his first business in college, his entrepreneurial spirit still defines his life. Tony see's it as an honor to work for the mutual benefit of local businesses both large and small. Tony owns three French Bulldogs; Lilly, Coco and Pearl, he also is a bee keeper and has 2 active hives producing around 60 lbs of Mountain View honey.                   

  • Julie Hart Conde   |   Chief Operating Officer (COO)

    Julie has had a heart for the Chamber since joining the Board of Directors in 2004 while working in hotels as a General Manager.  She served 6 years on the Board.  In 2013, Julie began her own wedding and event planning business, joined as a Chamber member and subsequently assisted the Chamber during the Programs and Events Manager’s maternity leave in 2015.  By the end of that year, Julie was asked to remain on the Chamber team as Chief Operating Officer on a part time basis.                   

    Julie divides her time between her business, Celebrations By Heart, and the Chamber and enjoys the experiences she gains through her relationships and work with the Chamber.

    Julie loves creating budgets, discovering what is possible, finding solutions to anything, her Chamber family, dogs, flowers and food.

  • Jennifer de Souza   |  Manager - Outbound Marketing & Communications

    Fueled by creativity and a passion for helping others, Jennifer joined the the Chamber Team in 2005. As the Communications Manager, she enjoys taking ideas & information and translating them in a visually compelling way. When Jennifer isn’t wearing her Chamber hat, she can be found cooking, kickboxing, and hanging 25 feet up in the air on fabric (Aerial Silks).

  • Bruce Humphrey   |   Interim Executive Director - Leadership Mountain View

    Bruce is a 23-year Air Force veteran with diverse experience in program management, building community relationships and cultivating partnerships between the government and the private sector. As a graduate of LMV (class of 2015) and as Leadership Mountain View heads into its 27th year, Bruce looks forward to facilitating this great program and learning in cooperation with a diverse group of community leaders in Mountain View. The personal and professional relationships he has gained during Leadership Mountain View have proven to be invaluable! To the class of 2017... we have a full class this year, I am certain the journey will be memorable!

  • Jan Hutchins   |   Director of Government Relations and Business Advocacy

    Jan is a former Mayor of Los Gatos and popular Bay Area TV anchor. He ran Community Development for the SF Giants Baseball Club, won an Emmy award as creative producer of a program teaching emotional intelligence to 5 year olds, is a Black Journalism Pioneer, has taught yoga for 25 years, is on the board of the ManKind Project and has helped raise millions of dollars for local nonprofits. Jan, a Yale graduate, is new at the Chamber. He’s here for smart growth.

  • Manuel Martinez IV   |   Director Opportunity of Membership

    Mannie has been running around Mountain View, on and off, for 13 years and has been calling the Chamber his second home since 2011. Combining his studies in comparative politics with his award-winning sales management experience, Mannie has nestled into a fulfilling career that nurtures his inquisitive nature and desire to help others contribute to the economy. Mannie used to get in trouble in grade school for finishing his math too fast and being too social - now he crunches numbers in his head upon request and connects Chamber members to one another for a living. When not at the Chamber, Mannie can be found reading a book, working out with kettlebells, or chopping wood.

  • Katrina Tenedora    |   Manager - Program, Events and the Art & Wine Festival 

    When offered to intern for the largest Art & Wine Festival in the Bay Area in 2010, Katrina could not pass up on the opportunity to help throw a party on the streets of Downtown Mountain View! Katrina is now the Programs & Events Manager at the Chamber and enjoys seeing her events come alive from start to finish. If 40+ events a year isn’t enough to keep her busy, Katrina is a new mom to her little lady Kadence and is soaking up every minute with her new family.

  • Doris Valladao   |   Manager - Finance & Office Administration, Visitor Center

    Doris has been with the Chamber for 20 Years. Doris’ life began in California in 1956 as a 50’s housewife with two children. When her children grew older, she began her career in banking, which has taught her many things about customer service and the importance of listening to customers’ needs. She retired from two banks and learned more than ever thought possible. For a short time, she worked at the BBB and eventually learned about a job opening at the Chamber of Commerce. She interviewed with the CEO Lisa Fulton and Debbie Villa and joined the Team. “I must say this is one of the best jobs I have ever had and I truly love the Chamber and our Team. Debbie became one of my very dear friends and I would not trade this experience for anything.”

    Heidi loves Mountain View and loves writing about the community. She started as the Art & Wine intern for the Chamber in 2007 and was promoted to Director of the festival within 3 weeks. Heidi enjoys writing and was asked to write the ILoveMV website after her Yelp reviews were noticed by the CEO of Yelp. She yelped Yelp. All of her current reviews and articles about our community can be found on ILoveMV.org. Heidi enjoys gardening and cooking, and has a goal of attending Mini Cooper Racing School in the near future.
