• Scholarship Mountain View

  • Scholarship Mountain View Scholarship applications are in and we have more than 75 Mountain View resident High School students who have applied for this year's scholarships. We are excited to have this opportunity to help students in our community, many of which will be the first in their families to attend college.

In 2016, we awarded $32,500 in $2,500 scholarships to 13 students. The goal that we have set for this year is to raise $75,000 in scholarship funds, with a stretch goal of $100,000. Your donations will enable us to impact the lives of 30 - 40 students in our Mountain View community.

As you consider what you are able to give from either a personal or company level, here are a couple of dates to keep in mind:

March 15th: Contact Julie Conde (julie@mvcocef.org / 650-968-8378) at the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation with what you and/or your company are able to give and if you need an invoice for your donation amount sent to you. Knowing your commitment by this date will inform how many scholarships we can give as we evaluate the scholarship applications.

April 1st: your committed donation to Scholarship Mountain View must be received by the MVCOC Education Foundation by this date.

We have two options for making donations:

    1) You can go to the MVCOCEF.org/donate page to learn more about Scholarship Mountain View and make payment by credit card there.

    2) Send a check made out to MVCOC Education Foundation to us at the Chamber address: 580 Castro Street, Mountain View, CA 94041. As a reminder, a check is preferred so that we can avoid credit card processing fees.
