Letting go of the perceived rules about meditation can free us to explore and expand our practice. If you are considering meditation, or looking to deepen your experience, join us for this workshop with Lead Teacher Marie Mazur. Marie will present ways to demystify and adapt this centuries-old practice to fit your lifestyle. Through breath work, mindful movement, and creative guided meditations, Marie invites you to find a greater sense of awareness, a sharper focus, and increased concentration. Join us for this socially distanced, outdoor workshop at the park on Saturday January 30th at 2-3:30pm. Please have a yoga mat, comfortable cushion to sit on, and a journal for notes during class.
