Come check out my new weekly Passion Fit: Dance and Train Combo classes on Sundays starting on March 19th! For the first half of the class, you’ll be shaking your hips to dance routines choreographed by me. Set to the hottest music from around the world, you’ll be doing different styles of dance such as Hip Hop, Latin, Bollywood and Jazz. During the second half of the class, you’ll be strengthening, lengthening and sculpting your entire body using weights, your own body weight and mat work. All levels are welcome. Get ready to work hard, have a blast and make new friends within our supportive and fun community!
