Sandium has been an installer of heating and air condition systems for over a decade (since 2001), and prior to that worked with a major manufacturing company (TRANE), assisting in the development of building analysis tools, comfort system controls, and commercial building performance contracting.
Today, Sandium offers full-service design, engineering, and installation of heating & air conditioning systems, zone systems, high efficiency water heaters, Home Performance contracting, energy auditing, and ventilation/air filtration services.
Sandium holds the following licenses:
C-20 (WARM-AIR HEATING VENTILATING AND AIR-CONDITIONING)
C-2 (INSULATION AND ACOUSTICAL)
B (GENERAL BUILDING CONTRACTOR).
Sandium is also bonded and insured.
Sandium listens to the clients specific needs, gathers the necessary data, and provides custom solutions with holistic home energy, air quality, and comfort in mind. There are no cookie-cutter solutions.
We participate in most major rebate and incentive programs in order to pass along value and savings to our clients, and we manage all processes in-house.
Every project has a lead technician managing the process. The leads and crews are factory trained in Bay Area HVAC, and are respectful, courteous, and confident in their work.
